With a view to making  personal and public expenditure on exposure as effective as possible .
That is
 use gloves and clean hard surfaces including , but don't over clean your hands as they are  a substrate 

When I did microbiology at the best Uni in Australia we were taught NOT to wash hands too often and why . Disinfection was a site for reinfection with all sorts of new tenants that were often not better than the family ( ecol) we killed.

It is not wise to follow the crowd when things are not working , The sort of leadership you get can be expected to be quick fix: Te sort of leaders you get can be expected to be so heavenly minded they are of no earthly use .
Australians have been running around in a panic  this summer ,
What we all need in such situations is to stay calm ( with a faith with a track record ) and study the substance of your worries .
